  • How do I cancel or change an order?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change an order once we have received it. However, our goal is to provide the best service possible to our customers.   • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our programs.  Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to request a refund.

  • Why was my order canceled?

    An order can be canceled for various reasons. In each instance, we will make every effort to communicate with you prior to canceling the order. We sincerely apologize if your order was canceled without your knowledge. Orders may be canceled because of concern with credit card fraud. If you provided a billing address which does not match the information on file with your credit card company, your order may be canceled. Similarly, if we were attempting to contact you to verify charges on your card and we were not able to reach you, your order may be canceled.
