  • Do I have to speak with my doctor in order to start the Dan’s Plan program?

We do not know and will not try to confirm whether or not you have spoken to your doctor before you start Dan’s Plan. However, we believe that it is important and we strongly recommend that you seek advice from your doctor before making changes to your life that might impact your health. This is true even if the goal is to improve your health.

  • What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on the “forgot password” link on the log in page. This will help you retrieve your password so that you may access your account.

  • Why do you recommend that I talk to my doctor before I start the Dan’s Plan program?

We are not medical doctors and we cannot give medical advice. Any time you change your diet, exercise routine, or other parts of your life that might impact your body and/or your health, you should talk to your doctor about the potential risks involved. Even if your goal is to improve your health, your doctor should know what you are doing. Part of the Dan’s Plan program might involve lowering the calories you consume and/or increasing your physical activity. Depending on your current health, a doctor might advise you not to make these changes or he/she might have other thoughts on things you should consider before making the decision to participate in the Dan’s Plan program.
