Tracking Sleep

To live as a restorative sleep, track sleep timing and duration. You Sleep Score is made from 50% goal attainment for time in bed (in bed duration), and 50% goal attainment for bedtime (time getting into bed at night). This score is averaged from the last 7 days, on average (but you can change the time scale to see, for example, how your Sleep Score over the last 3 months).
