Course Overview

My name is Dan Pardi and I created this course called Road of Health for humanOS.me.

I have a long-standing commitment to helping others to achieve extraordinary health outcomes. I've done research for over 15 years on a range of subjects like exercise, diet, sleep, and even overall patterns of living supportive of body functioning and performance. My research has been cited hundreds of times by other academics and I still enjoy my collaborations doing research today. My real passion, however, is turning the world's best health knowledge into tools people can directly benefit from now.

The Road of Health course has been percolating in my mind for years. I firmly believe that in order to experience the health we want across the lifespan each of us benefits when operating from a savvy mindset. Much of the purpose of this course is to communicate my perspective of the context, problems, and opportunities of our own personal health in today's world. This micro course is designed to establish a clear path forward, the benefits of which can increase confidence and clarity about how to take control of your health in your life. Whatever your starting point is or goals are, out of the options available, there's always a smarter path forward. Craft yours today with this free course.

How it works

Here are a few tips to get the most out of this course:

  • Don’t feel like you have to watch it all at once. The course is divided into short lessons. Our goal is to have you retain all the key points so take it slow and aim to get as much as you can from every lesson. In one sitting, you can watch as many or as few lessons as you see fit.

  • Repetition is the mother of learning. We encourage you to go through lessons more than once to reinforce retention of the concepts. There are quizzes interspersed throughout the course not just to see what you know, but to actually help you retain what you’re learning.

  • Share with others. Perhaps the best thing you can do to get the most from a course is to discuss what you learn with your friends and family. Why? Well, it will help challenge what you know. If you don’t explain something to your own satisfaction, go back and re-review and try explaining it again. The better you can explain it, the better you can live it. And as an added bonus, you can help others around you to become healthier and better informed.

Enjoy!
