Ginger Garlic Salmon


In the mood for a salmon dinner this weekend? Try this easy and delicious preparation and pair it with a fresh salad and rice.

Serves 2

 

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh salmon steaks
  • 1 inch square of fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Preparation

  1. Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish.
  2. Place salmon in the dish and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  3. Spoon the garlic and ginger over the salmon, then dot with butter.
  4. In a 350 degree oven, bake for about 6 minutes before flipping and cooking another 3.
  5. Scoops a bit of the cooked garlic and ginger mixture onto the top of each steak and serve.
